Splitting the figures
The stats endpoints take by: course, region, run_type, distance, going, surface, class, year, month, draw, field_size, layoff, sp_band, sire, and the other people (a trainer splits by jockey or owner, a jockey by trainer or owner, an owner by trainer or jockey).
Reading them
A/E above 1 means more winners than the starting prices expected. Small samples lie: set min_runs to 30 or more before acting on a figure, and look at low_sample.
