Questions about plans
What does the free key hold back?
It reads yesterday only, 50 calls a month, and prices come back as null. Every field is still there, so code you build on it keeps working when you upgrade.
Can I change plan part-way through a month?
Yes, from your account. The change applies straight away, and moving up charges the difference for the rest of the period there and then.
Why is Archive dearer than Live?
Archive holds every UK race since January 2017; Live holds today and the days ahead. Complete has both.
Is racing in Ireland included?
Northern Ireland is. The Republic of Ireland and the rest of the world are not, on any plan.
What if I need more calls?
Complete has the most. If you need more than that, ask through support and we will talk.
Who will I see on my card statement?
DEVELOPERDATA.NET, the company that runs the API. Billing questions go to developerdata.net/support.
