Who we are
These terms cover the UK Horse Racing API, this website, the MCP server and everything you reach with a key from it. By making an account or using a key you agree to them.
Your account
- One person or one business per account, with true details.
- Keep your API key to yourself. You are responsible for everything done with it, including by assistants you connect.
- You can rotate your key or remove a connected assistant at any time from your account.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe in pounds sterling, monthly or annually, and renew until you cancel. The plans are on the pricing page.
- A price change is announced before it applies, and only from your next period.
- When we refund, and how to ask, is on the refunds page.

Fair use
- Your plan's limits are the fair-use line: its calls a minute and its calls a month (the free key: 50 a month).
- Getting round them is not allowed: several free accounts for one person, sharing a key, rotating keys to reset a limit, or reading the website automatically instead of the API.
- We may slow, pause or close an account that does this.
The data: use it, do not replicate it
- You may use what the API gives you in your own work, apps and sites, and show results to your own users.
- You may not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API or feed of your own.
- You may not download it in bulk to rebuild the database, or use it to build a competing product.
Acceptable use
Nothing unlawful. No probing or load-testing our systems without asking first. No attempts to reach another member's data. No scraping pages whose data the API offers.
Accuracy
The data is gathered with care and given as it is, without a warranty that it is complete or free of mistakes. It is factual racing data only. It is not financial or betting advice, and nothing on this site or in the API is a tip.
Availability
We aim to keep the API, the site and the MCP server running and show their state on the status page. No plan includes an uptime promise.
Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data.
Suspension and closing
- We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms. A serious breach can be acted on without notice, and an account closed for a breach is not refunded.
- You can close your account any time; see Deleting your account in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
A new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to members before it applies.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go through support.
