Who we are
What we keep
- Your account: email address, name and plan. Signing in with Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with Developer Data; we keep the name and email address, never the picture.
- Your API key, only as a fingerprint, never the key itself; the same for keys given to assistants you connect.
- Usage counts: calls by day and by endpoint, and errors.
- Support tickets and their messages.
- Page and API logs, including the country your request came from.
Card details
We never hold your card. Stripe takes the payment and keeps the card; we keep the plan and the Stripe customer reference.
Why we keep it
To run the API and the site, bill your plan, answer support, stop abuse and keep everything secure. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising tracking.
Who else handles it
- Stripe, for payments.
- Cloudflare, for the network and security.
- Our email provider, through Developer Data, for account and billing emails.
- Google, when you sign in with Google. While you are signed out, our pages load Google's sign-in script, so Google receives your IP address and may use its own cookies.
- Our hosting company, which runs the servers.
Cookies and browser storage
| hruk_s | Keeps you signed in. Set when you sign in, lasts 30 days. |
| hruk_f | Carries a one-line message to the next page of your account, such as "Removed". Lasts two minutes. |
| hruk_ot | A one-time check that a Google sign-in started on this site. Lasts ten minutes. |
| hruk_out | Stops Google offering to sign you straight back in after you sign out. Lasts a minute. |
| Google sign-in | Google's own cookie for the sign-in button and prompt, only when you use them. |
| Cloudflare | A security cookie Cloudflare may set to tell people from bots. |
The documentation keeps your API key, your code language and the menu filter in your own browser's storage, so Run works on every page. It never leaves your browser except in the calls you make. Forget clears it. There are no third-party analytics cookies.
How long it is kept
- Your account and what you put in: while the account is open.
- After you delete your account: gone within 30 days, backups included.
- Billing records (invoices, payments): as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after the account is deleted.
- Page, API, MCP and security logs: 30 days.
- Support tickets: while the account is open, then deleted with it.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, take a copy or have it deleted. Ask through support; we answer within 30 days.
Deleting your account
- Do it yourself in your account: Delete my account. It asks you to confirm first.
- Your subscription is cancelled at once and the unused part is not refunded.
- Your key and any connected assistants stop working at once, and you are signed out.
- Your account and what you put in are deleted within 30 days. Billing records stay as the law requires.
- If you cannot sign in, ask through support and we will do it for you.
Children
The API and this site are not for anyone under 18.
