Every UK course: where it is, which way round, what it races and its fixtures.

Every racecourse in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, with its town, county, nation and position, which way round it runs and the kinds of racing it holds.

• GET /v1/courses: Every UK course, busiest first.
• GET /v1/courses/{course_id}: One course: what is raced there and the distances.
• GET /v1/courses/{course_id}/fixtures: The meetings ahead at one course.

How it links

A course's course_id is the one every card, result and search uses. Pass it as course on the racecards, or course_id on race and report searches.

Common jobs

• A map of UK courses: GET /v1/courses gives every course with lat and lng.
• A course page: GET /v1/courses/{course_id}, then its next meetings from GET /v1/courses/{course_id}/fixtures.
• Every race run at a course in a season: GET /v1/races/search with course_id, date_from and date_to.
